Diagnosed with Guillian Barre Syndrome in 2015, left Nthabiseng with physical impairments on both the hands and legs.
Although she was not born with any disability, she is involved in disability advocacy and works on disability projects.
She believes in equality and no discrimination on rights of persons with disabilities. She saw a gap for equal opportunities for persons with disabilities and started assisting her peers with job placements and bursaries to further their studies. This has enabled her to work with companies like ClockWork Recruiting Company to find jobs for no less than 300 candidates with disabilities across South Africa.
She has studied in different fields such as Economics, Business Administration, Counseling and Media.
She is passionate about helping others become the best they can be, she is a spiritual care counsellor volunteer in different hospitals across Gauteng, where she offers spiritual care support while she shares her story to motivate others.
